Both a hit and a miss

The staff was superb! Check-in was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety of options.

The room had a musty odor and the furnishings felt outdated, detracting from the overall experience.

staff was amazing (esp. alexis ), breakfast was great, pool/ spa was wonderful, the fitness room was a great addition, our beds were super soft, I would definately recommend this hotel. they offered a later checkout time which was awesome!

The only complaint I have is our particular room had a mild smell of mildew or something as if the air conditioner had once leaked. but other than that a perfect expirience

What a pleasant surprise! The location was perfect for attending my son's Airborne graduation, and the cleanliness of the room impressed me. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, thanks to the friendly staff who ensured everything was well-stocked. I'm already planning my return trip!

Had enough room where my family could sleep comfortable on real beds and not sofa beds

The staff was attentive, and my check-in was efficient despite my late arrival. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, appreciated after a long day of work. The breakfast buffet was above average, with a good selection including fresh fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, and sausages, all of which were well-stocked and fresh.

Some interstate noise was noticeable but manageable.

Walls are thin. Had an issue with our a/c but every time I went to the office they were out smoking.

The indoor pool was a good surprise. The lobby was inviting, filled with bright decor and comfortable seating-perfect.

Need more seating in the breakfast area.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups

The front desk staff greeted us warmly! The highlight was the breakfast spread-delicious hot waffles were a treat. The bathroom had some repair needs that affected our comfort. Keep an eye on that!

I loved the indoor pool and the hot waffles at breakfast! The clean, safe bathroom.

The breakfasts were above average, always with good choice of meals. Our room was well-equipped and a nice size, included with sofa bed and TV, for instance, had a very nice stay.

A mix of great service and issues

The staff's attentiveness turned a rough start into a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of my room ensured comfort after a long day.

The bathroom had some maintenance issues I didn't expect, including peeling paint and a leaky toilet, disappointing.

We were there for 1 day, everything was fine, loved its comfortable location just off Conveniently close to Airport, fort benning, and the bathroom and sink areas. The staff team was very amiable. The service was all in all excellent.
